I bought this seat belt and ended up going a different route. The manufacture date is 4/11 but it has never been used and is still in the original box.
Here are some notes I found online..
Brand New set of Black 5 Point RJS Seat Belts.. It is the series with the individual shoulder harnesses, which bolt separately to the chassis behind the base of the seat. These Safety Harness Assemblies have an SFI Spec. of 16.1.
A set is enough to do one seat.
5 Point Individual Shoulder Harness Seat Belt Assembly Includes:
- Two 3" Wide, Individual Shoulder Harnesses, which bolt to the chassis behind the base of the seat
- 3" Wide, Bolt-In Lap Belt
- 2" Wide, Sub Belt (Crotch Strap), which can be bolted to or wrapped around the chassis
- All Necessary Brackets
