Система контроля за давлением и температурой в шинах с внешними датчиками. Предназначена для легковых машин, кроссоверов и лёгких внедорожников. Предельное давление равно 4,2 Бар.

Система состоит из набора автономных датчиков давления и температуры для установки на каждое колесо и информационного блока с дисплеем, располагающимся в салоне автомобиля. На дисплей одновременно выводятся показания всех датчиков. Связь осуществляется по радиоканалу.

Монитор активируется при включении зажигания, датчики активируются при начале движения. На экране устройства отображаются текущие значения давления и температуры в каждом из колес.

Система постоянно, с небольшими интервалами времени, получает обновленные данные и сравнивает их с установленными предельными значениями. Если показатель давления или температуры становится выше или ниже такого предела, то подается звуковой и световой сигнал.

Датчики накручиваются на колесный клапан и могут быть переставлены с одного комплекта колес на другой за несколько минут. Вес внешнего датчика 11 грамм, что не нарушает баланс колеса. Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville, Fla., parent of Brumos Racing, confirmed the production and imminent delivery of five factory-built 911 Carrera GTS B59 Edition coupes that pay homage to driver Hurley Haywood--five-time winner of the Daytona 24-hour race. The exclusive Porsches will carry a sticker price of $133,540. The 408-hp coupes, based on the GTS, will have the Brumos red-and-blue stripe design for the front hood and rear deck, Porsche door decals, 19-inch sport classic wheels, limitation badges and Carrera White accents and door-entry guards with HHaywood's engraved signature.
