This is a VW 1600 TD HIGH OUTPUT engine. (1.6 TD) Complete Runner. 93,600 Miles. Garrett T2 Turbo.This is the last model of the 1600 turbo engines that VW produced. It is rated at 80 HP, at 4500 RPM and 115 ft. lbs. of torque between 2500 and 2800 RPM. it does require an intercooler for this kind of performance. Intercooler is not included but you can purchase one for $150.00. This engine really is a powerhouse, its easily tunable to over 100 HP and 130 ft. lbs of torque.  I am selling this unit AS IS, No Warranty for those who ask "Anything Cheaper?"
