Pagani Zonda R Evo revealed ahead of Goodwood FoS Debut (video)

Sun, 24 Jun 2012

Pagani appears ready to reveal an ‘Evo’ upgrade for the track only Zonda R at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012. If you thought the ‘launch’ of the Pagani Huayra meant the end of the Pagani Zonda, you’d be mistake. The Huayra is fraught with ongoing problems for Pagani – most of them legislative – which means very few have found their way in to the wild (perhaps, and only perhaps, just one customer car is in existence).

Infiniti to launch G37 roadster

Tue, 13 May 2008

By Tim Pollard (artist's impression by Radovan Varicak) Motor Industry 13 May 2008 12:53 Nissan's upmarket brand Infiniti has announced it will build a roadster version of the G37 coupe – aimed squarely at the BMW 3-series Coupe Convertible. And the Ferrari California isn't the only folding tin-top being announced this week; the G37 will also be launched as a CC with a multi-piece metal roof that stows at the flick of a switch.  Our artist's impression shows how the new open-top G will look with the roof stowed away. No official photos have been issued yet, but we do know that Infiniti's first roadster will be on sale in the US market in February 2009.

RCA students redesign the Fiat 500 and Panda for 2020

Thu, 19 Dec 2013

Royal College of Art students have redesigned the Fiat 500 and the Panda for 2020 in its 'Two of a Kind' contest. The project challenged Royal College of Art students to design the Panda or 500 of 2020 in teams consisting of Masters students from the vehicle design program and other courses. After 14 presentations, two proposals were chosen each for the Fiat Panda and Fiat 500 by an expert panel that included Ramaciotti, Fiat chief exterior designer Andreas Wuppinger, senior designers and RCA teachers and staff.
