You are bidding on an motor out of a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter 800. We test rode this bike before dismantle ... the motor ran strong and sounded amazing. A very clean engine as you can see from the pics, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer VN800 Drifter motor anywhere. Mileage on the motor is 14K... low miles for the year. As you can see from the pics, this is a very nice and clean motor. Several pics posted so you can see exactly what you are bidding on.

Documents... Motor will come with a bill of sale from our shop that will include the VIN of the bike it was pulled from (upon request) ... so no worries on where the motor came from.

Shipping... We will ship this motor via freight terminal to terminal service or to a business with dock / forklift (unloading capability). You will need to pick up the motor at a terminal location if you chose that option. Email us for more details on shipping details and prices. We have posted a sample pic of how this motor will be shipped to you. SHIPPING TO A RESIDENCE WILL BE EXTRA.

Packing... We ship all of our motors fully encased and secure. We take great care in the way we ship our motors... we ship them out the way we would want them to come to us. The motor will come to you fully encased in a heavy duty container, tied down to a pallet. Completely protected inside by high density foam.

INTERCHANGE ... This motor will work on a 00-06 Kawasaki Drifter 800. NOTE the early drifter motors were black and satin silver, different in color but this motor will still work.

AUCTION TERMS

PAYMENT	Payment is due within 3 days after auction has ended. Acceptable forms of payment are... PayPal, we only ship to confirmed addresses. Pay on pick up.

These would include next day air, 2/3 day shipping, etc. Engine and oversize shipping - We ship our engines and very large items via freight truck shipping. Items will ship to a business address or can be picked up at a freight terminal. Residential delivery is avail at extra cost.
DAMAGED ITEMS	Damaged Items - If you feel your item has been damaged in shipping please contact us. Keep the original box the item was shipped in and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. This process varies from carrier to carrier so please contact us.
ITEM DESCRIPTION	New Items - Items listed as NEW are just that, new, never installed or used. Used Items - Items listed as USED are items that have been removed from a motorcycle that has been used for parts. These items will show signs of normal street use. Some items will have damage and will be listed that way in the auction. We describe used items to the best of our ability. With rain falling as the show cars arrived, organizers worried that moving the 15th-annual Ypsilanti Orphan Car Show from its original June weekend to late September wasn't going to work out after all. It was rescheduled last year after heavy rain in June and participants voted to make the change permanent. Fortunately, the rain blew over before the gates opened to spectators and Sunday turned out to be as nice a day as Saturday, when more than 30 entrants enjoyed a tour to view the extensive Nash collection that Ken and Mary Ann Havekost have accumulated in Monroe, Mich.
