Question and Shipping Policy:

         All orders are shipped within 2 Business days after cleared payment is received 98% of the time. (some parts are still on cars, warehouse run out of things time to time as a part of normal life)       Questions are replyed to as time permits, we dont staff people to sit and wait for your question/problem.       

RETURNS:

Reasons for Return are non-functional items or items that differ substantially from the description only!  It is your responsibility to ask questions prior to buying and verify the fit in your application with an independent source!

• Items that substantially match the description but NOT the buyer's expectations MAY NOT be returned.
• All items must be returned at buyers expense within 14 days in original pictured condition, which means item was never disassembled by incorrect installation or negligent handling by buyer!  
• Full Refund (minus 25% restocking Fee) will be issued as soon as item is returned to me.
• I am not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses, or any other expenses that may occur!
• Some Electrical Parts are non returnable or we may require you to ship 2 back for refund, Why many buyers on ebay are not mechanics and they buy parts to see if it will fix there car and if not they say it does work give me my money back, or try to ship back there already broken electrical part, for this reason, we can not lend ourselves out as your personal parts swap house, IF you wish to return any electrical/electronic part, we require that in order to recieve any type of refund, you must also return the part you are replacing( IN ADDITION to the part we shipped you) so that we can confirm that that was not your problem to begin with.
