Up for sale Set of (4) Limited Edition BLUE Carbon Fiber Infused Rally Armor Mudflaps which fit the 2002 – 2007 Subaru Impreza/WRX/STI/RS/2.5L. (may fit other models) Front mud flaps are not a direct fitment for 06-07 Impreza wagons Buyer must research before purchase.

Our Process to create these custom Mud Flaps starts with ORIGINAL Rally Armor Mud Flap (Part # MF1-BLK which retail for $99.99) and apply a heat treated coating that strengthens the flaps, makes them flex like the more expensive UR flaps and also retain better shape and won't warp over time. This also helps ensure a great bond of our durable carbon coating. This coating will flex with the mudflaps with no issues at all, in fact it will greatly improve the life span of the Mudflap beyond a normal Rally Armor Flaps.

Furthermore: We have Improved upon some of the flawed hardware for both the issues raised with the hardware itself and also to protect our Carbon Fiber coating for a everlasting durability and showroom look. The washers Rally Armor gives you are plastic, So if you start blasting rocks at them, they break and the head of the screw will pull through the flap. our improved upon washers prevent this from happening. These Mud flaps were exclusive to our Subaru Club at one point with over 500, Now we are slowing trying to branch out, supplies will be very limited on these exclusive Mud Flaps brought to you ONLY by Fusion Core. Our # 1 goal is to always be affordable, quality custom products at a fair price, more products / Colors coming soon so check out our other listings.

"Classic" series rally mud flap for your Subaru Impreza WRX and STI sedan. Our Impreza rally mud flaps are professionally formulated to yield enough for extreme road collateral giving your vehicle's finish the kind of protection that commercial rubber/fiberglass flaps, commonly seen with curled edges and faded finish, do not. Rally Armor mud flaps provide maximum coverage satisfying both WRX and STI owners who prefer a wider mud flap as well as those who prefer subtlety without sacrificing functionality - a streetable compromise. Rally Armor mud flaps offers your vehicle the protection it needs with a complimentary rally look.

CARBON GUARANTEE: We will replace any coating/finish that fades, Splits, Cracks or tears under normal usage For 2 years From Delivery Date on the finished side only.

Take Advantage of the current price as it can NOT last, These limited editions are selling for BELOW sticker price of the factory Classic Rally Armor. We are the ONLY company offering This product so don't miss out. More styles/colors in the works so keep an eye on our listings. Already bought a set of Rally Armor or even RokBlokz? Concept Car of the Week: Audi Quattro Spyder

Fri, 23 Nov 2012

The Audi Quattro Spyder. It might not be as avantgarde as some concepts we've explored so far in this weekly series becasue this was a sports car designed with production in mind. It would have marked an entry into a market Audi was yet to explore during a time it was deperate to break free of its dowdy, mainstream image.

Bentley uses 3D printing to prototype new designs [w/Video]

Tue, 17 Sep 2013

3D printing is changing the way the world makes things by helping people of all disciplines to enhance and refine their ideas cheaply, quickly and effectively.  Bentley is the latest carmaker to utilize the technology to fabricate and prototype different parts to see how they'll look and work on the finished design. Using 3D printers, designers can produce parts from the exterior and interior such as the grille, tires, headlamps and door handles as well as combine different types of contrasting materials, ranging from hard plastics to rubbers of different tensile strengths.  The technology allows the user to create a solid 3D object straight from a digital model by printing layers of material on top of each other. This process rapidly decreases the delivery time, as parts can be printed overnight, and allows designers to be more creative in their ideas because of the reduced cost. Bentley isn't the first carmaker to use 3D printing technology. Audi announced last year it was beginning to prototype vehicle parts using 3D printers.
