You are bidding on a complete ignition system pulled from a 2005 MINI COOPER S.   This part was pulled from a CLEAN and RUNNING Mini Cooper S with ONLY 50K miles.  Part is 100% functional and in very good used condition.  Will come with everything seen.  Nice complete immobilizer system.   Please view the pics for exact condition. 

 

INTERCHANGE ... This part will work on a 2005 Mini Cooper S for sure.  Now from the research we have done we feel is will work on a 2002-2006 Mini Cooper S AND 2007-2008 Mini Cooper S Convertible.  Please check with your dealer or online to make sure of fitment.  We only guarantee fitment on a 05 Mini Cooper S.

SHIPPING

Engine and oversize shipping - We ship our engines and very large items via freight.  Options are... Freight to a business with forklift / loading dock (residential delivery will be extra).

Damaged Items - If you feel your item has been damaged in shipping please contact us.  Keep the original box the item was shipped in and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.  This process varies from carrier to carrier so please contact us.

Car Design Awards China 2013 contest launches

未来,中国设计 Future car designers in China are again being challenged to meet the needs of the future by entering the CDN competition which is dedicated to identifying the most promising talent. The fourth annual Car Design Awards China is now open, and entries are invited from students of any design discipline who are studying full time at a college in China. They will work to briefs set by the design chiefs of brands including Audi, JAC, Qoros, Volvo Trucks and Volkswagen.

Wired has just published a series of short articles entitled 13 Lessons for Design's New Golden Age. While there are some interesting examples cited in the piece, the concluding article, ‘Why Getting It Wrong Is the Future of Design' by the former creative director of Wired magazine, Scott Dadich, feels like it has particular resonance for car design. Dadich's Wrong Theory uses disruptive examples from the world of art, plus his own experience of working at Wired, to explain how design goes through phases: establishing a direction, creating a set of rules that define that direction and finally someone who dares to break from that direction.
