-No refunds on special ordered items

-No refunds after 14 days

-All refunds subject to 25% restock fee. NO Exceptions

-All returned parts must bear our identifying mark

-We reserve the right to replace incorrect, defective, or otherwise unsuitable parts before issuing a refund. NO Exceptions.

-Warranties are non-transferable

-Return freight arrangement and charges are the responsibility of the customer

-Mileage is not guranteed to be accurate

-Buyer is obligated to check and replace all fluid levels, gaskets, seals, timing components, filters, and pumps.

Engine: Warranty Void unless: All External parts that are worn, defective, different or missing are replaced and Radiator flow tested by Radiator Shop (warranty requires dated receipt). Timing components, oil cooler and water pump must replaced. Sold as interchangeable long block, year and model may differ; Warranty Limited to 30 days from purchase date; unathorized dismantling of heads and block void the warranty. If heat tabs are melted or removed, warranty void. Warranty does not include switches, sensors or any labor charges. Inspect seals and replace, warranty does not cover any type of gasket or seal. Warranty does not cover negligence or abuse of unit. We do not warrant suitability of engines or other parts for compliance with California or other states Smog regulations. This determination is the customers responsibility and must be done prior to purchase.

Transmission: This transmission is as an interchangeable unit with a 30 day warranty. We do not guarantee the exact year and model ordered. We remove oil pan and filters to inspect the unit. Customer Responsibility: Replace seals, gaskets, and filters before installing! Torque Converter must be properly seated and aligned to the front pump. Cooling lines must be flushed of debris before installing. Some will come with NO fluid, please check and fill fluid to manufacturer levels. Failure to do any of the above VOIDS WARRANTY. This warranty does not cover fluid leaks, switches, sensors or any labor charges. Please drain the returned core. Fast Life Customs LLC  cannot and will not guaranty miles.

Air Bag: This Air Bag must be installed and inspected by a factory trained and certified technician. Components may be different. Check with the dealer.  Fast Life Customs LLC will assume NO liability or warranty related to this air bag or components. Any recycled air bag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death. The purchaser of a recycled air bag assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a recycled air bag.  Fast Life Customs LLC makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of recycled air bags. Recycled airbags are not tested to meet any safety standards.
