This light fits the following model vehicles:
MAXIMA
2004-2006

LEFT DRIVERS SIDE

FOG LIGHT CONDITION:
-All mounting tabs are in perfect condition
-The only issue with this light is a stress crack under the lens and a nick in the edge of the lens.
-This is barely noticeable and will not affect the performance of the light
-Lens is in decent condition
-The light are used so it will show light wear from normal driving conditions
-The light pictured are the lights you will receive

SHIPPING: 
-Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska: $40 via USPS priority
-All other international customer contact us for a quote

-In some cases it does take up to 48 hours to get the item shipped
