Complete engine pulled off a 2004 Honda CBR1000RR.
Head devolved a tick due to the previous owner cutting the exhaust off to short. I reinstalled oem exhaust and the tick was still there. It slowly got worse as time went on. Due to the fact the motor was ticking and I had a "new to me bike" I pulled the motor and swapped in a 05 motor. Getting a head reworked would have cost me the same as getting my 05 motor from a friend.
I did take the head apart, but due to moving I never got back to working on it.
Motor had always had its regular oil changes and always ran motul full synthetic engine oil. BID TODAY, NO RESERVE

If you would like any other photos of the engine. Contact me through messages and I can take or get any pictures you would like. Please, if you have any questions, please send me a message. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Buyers must pay for item in full through paypal within 3 days of buying item. If I do not receive funds within the stated time, I will consider the item unsold and back up for sale.

2012 Mercedes GLK Facelift – but still no GLK for the UK

Thu, 22 Mar 2012

2012 Mercedes GLK Facelift - but not for the UK A facelift for 2012 on the Mercedes GLK SUV is due to debut at the New York Auto Show in April, but the UK still won’t get the GLK. Mercedes’ answer to cars like the BMW X3 and Audi Q5 – the Mercedes GLK – is to get a facelift for 2012 and some tweaks to the oily bits for 2012, but Mercedes still don’t think it worth their while building a RHD version for the UK. In fact, despite expectations that Mercedes would at least deliver a RWD version of the GLK to RHD markets it now seems that won’t happen until the all new GLK arrives in a few years time.

New Volkswagen Golf: World Car of the Year 2013

Thu, 28 Mar 2013

The VW Golf MK 7 has been declared World Car of the Year at the New York Auto Show, beating Porsche, Mercedes and Toyota to the title. That bunch included cars like the Porsche Boxster, Mercedes A Class and Toyota GT86, so competition was strong, but just as the new Golf had triumphed as European Car of the Year 2013 the Golf was also victorious on the bigger, global stage. It’s the fourth time in five years VW’s cars have nabbed the WCOTY award, with the Golf Mk 6 taking the gong in 2009, the VW Polo in 2010 and the VW Up!

Mitsubishi Delica D:5

Tue, 07 Nov 2006

Arriving in Japan early next year is the new Mitsubishi Delica D:5, the fifth generation of a model series that began in 1968, and the third new model the company has launched this year after the eK Wagon and Pajero. Mitsubishi says the Delica was developed to 'fuse the comfort of a minivan with the powerful performance of an SUV' and uses 2.4-liter engine with four-wheel-drive. The styling of the Delica takes its cues from the Mitsubishi Concept-D:5 unveiled at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, with strong graphics and perched stance.
