However, if there is any issue with an item we will work with you as long as you can provide a dealer invoice stating that the item does not work and it passes inspection for signs of tampering. This policy is strict and we apologize for that however we are trying to avoid buyers having the bad experience of getting a wrong part and then returning items because proper research and questioning was not carried out or because your customer already purchased the item without your knowledge.

A little about the item you are purchasing:

Electronic Components: We do not accept flood cars as donor vehicles so you never have to worry about shorted out electronic components when shopping with us as we only take these pieces from vehicles that are declared totaled from theft or collision. We also stand by proper functionality of our electronic parts as they are all tested to confirm they are working before we remove the parts from a donor vehicle.

If your vehicle was not originally equipped with this item and you are attempting a custom installation, it is your responsibility to consult a professional and make all necessary purchases for this item to work for your application.

We sell both used and new parts. New parts are sold still in original packing. All used parts are tested prior to being taken out of the donor and are in working order. If we find a defect in the item we will list and picture it if possible. You will receive what is pictured unless otherwise posted. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not pictured or listed. Sorry we do not provide VIN #'s from donor vehicles and can only provide EBay invoices.

 

Shipping Policy:

 

We ship all parts via UPS Ground Service, USPS or FEDEX depending on the part. If you are purchasing this item from anywhere other than the Continental US, or if you have any special shipping requests such as overnight, please message us with your request and location (prior to purchase) and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Items will NOT be shipped to any PO Boxes. If your paypal address is a PO Box please message us a physical address. All items are shipped with a signature required at drop off.

Please know it is your responsibility to sign for the package or make pickup if the delivery service leaves a pick up slip. UPS will only attempt delivery three times and USPS will only make one attempt unless requested via drop off slip. If you are not available after the third attempt, UPS will return us the package. The USPS will hold your item at your local branch for up to 15 days before returning it to us. Any item purchased will be shipped out the business day following receipt of payment.

Please know, if the item has to be resent, buyer will have to pay for shipping. Shipping is also covered by buyer in the event that a refund has been issued.

If any package arrives damaged it is the responsibility of the buyer to open a case with UPS, USPS or FEDEX to recover any value damages lost due to damage in transportation.

All items shipped internationally will go through the eBay hub. Absolutely NO returns are accepted on internationally shipped items.
