2013 McLaren MP4-12C: Upgrades now official

Earlier this week Cars UK was one of the first to report that McLaren are upgrading the MP4-12C for 2013 with a number of upgrades, including a power boost, which will also be applied to existing cars. Ford takes to Facebook to sell special model
