* No mounting screws or bulbs included with our items, however, (if applicable) rubber bulb covers are attached at the back of the headlights already.

In an effort to comply with our Authorized Dealer contracts with the manufacturer and to best control our inventory levels we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders to Resellers and Exporters.

Please note: Inventory is not reserved until the item is paid for.

Please include a phone number as Fedex, USPS and most Trucking Companies require it.

We prefer to ship to a confirmed Paypal address and whether yes or no we may still contact you for additional verification. 

 Oh yeah, we dispatch our orders the same day we receive them! If an order reaches us after the business hours, we ship it right next business day early morning. Place your expedited order by 3:00 PST Monday thru Friday and it will ship same day. If you place your expedited order after 3:00 PM PST it will ship the next business day. Orders may be subject to verification which may result in delayed shipping. Sorry for all the boring details.

 To ensure a faster delivery, along with USPS, we use FedEx Smartpost for our domestic orders. Your order will still be delivered by USPS, but can be tracked on Fedex sometimes.

 So sorry, but we CANNOT ship internationally. Please don't hate us.

 Actually, there is one more thing, FedEx may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.

* If the product doesn't reach your destination within the time limit, please give it an additional 1-2 business days in case of postal delays and/or possible technical issues. If it takes any longer than that, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the issues. 

 If you would like to return your purchased merchandises, please kindly contact us via eBay message.

 In case of returns, you are eligible for returns within 30 days after the product arrives. In case the product arrives damaged or there are any errors in the shipping (e.g wrong item or size) or the merchandise received is either not as described, you will not be responsible for the return cost. For any other reasons, you may be responsible for partial or full return shipping fee.

Please Note: Replacements or refunds will NOT be provided until we have received the returned items in our warehouse. 

Once the item has been received in our warehouse and we can confirm from the tracking number that the item has been delivered, we will issue you the refund for the purchase. You have 30 days grace period after the delivery of the item to complete the return. 

 As for returns due to any other reasons, such as change of mind, mistaken purchases, or buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. Returned products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (Our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
