Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  The  return shipping charge is buyer's responsibility.  All packages that are returned to us have to mail in the same way it is wrapped before, if any damage occur during shipping back, we do not offer a refund,  please make sure you wrap the item in the right way.  20% Restocking Fee applies to all returns for refund. We put void labels on the item, once we received the item back and we found out the label was removed we do not do a refund.
