This is an oil separator that came off a 2012 Arctic Cat TZ1 snowmobile Good used condition. Low miles. Ready to install. May fit many different years/models. All parts are shipped exactly as they are pictured unless otherwise noted in description. All parts are inspected and deemed usable unless otherwise noted in description. Parts may require some cleaning and adjustments for proper installation. Engine parts should be properly cleaned and lubricated prior to assembly. ALL PARTS SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC. Parts are used and may have some scratches/chips and require some cleaning and touch up. Official: Aston Martin gets its hands on Mercedes AMG engines & Electronic Architecture
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Aston Martin & AMG confirm they’re getting in bed together Back in December we reported that Aston Martin had new investment from Investindustrial and wondered if that would mean – thanks to an existing relationship between Investindustrial and AMG – if we’d see Aston Martin finally getting access to AMG’s engines and platforms. By May, things had moved on and it was clear that Aston Martin and AMG were in talks for Aston Martin to get access to their engines for the next generation of AML’s cars. Now those talks have borne fruit and AMG and AML have signed a letter of intent for Aston Martin to “access significant Mercedes-AMG GmbH and Mercedes-Benz Cars’ resources, allowing the development of bespoke V8 powertrains and the use of certain components of electric/electronic (e/e) architecture.” Interestingly, there’s no talk of V12 engines – which could mean Aston Martin are going to move from the current Ford V12 for the DB9 and Vanquish to a powerful V8 from AMG – and nor is there talk of sharing platforms.
Hyundai ix35 / Tucson ix launched
Tue, 25 Aug 2009Hyundai has launched the ix35 / Tucson ix in Korea We reported a few days ago on the new Hyundai Tucson – the Hyundai ix35 in Europe – but we won’t get the release in Europe until Frankfurt, although there will be more dribbles of info before then. Still, interesting to look at the ix35 launch in its home market, where it will be known as the Hyundai Tucson ix. This is yet another car from Hyundai that will create a few waves of consternation amongst established names like Ford and VW.
GM considers flagship sedan for Cadillac
Mon, 11 Jun 2012Cadillac is considering a large, flagship sedan to take on the Mercedes-Benz S-class and BMW 7-series, a top General Motors official says. Mark Reuss, GM's president for North America, told Automotive News last month that a new flagship is on the table as GM maps its go-global strategy for Cadillac. A flagship would be a continuation of how GM has been positioning Cadillac's lineup to go head-to-head in each segment with BMW, Mercedes and Audi.
