  • Black Hog Tail AM/FM/XM, WeatherBand & CB Antenna

  • BRAND NEW IN PACKAGE!! Replace your ugly factory (long) metal shaft antenna with this stylish yet functional LOW PROFILE (16 inch) antenna. Made out of STAINLESS STEEL just like your factory OEM antenna, except only 16 inches tall. If you are unsure that it fits, try unscrewing the existing antenna mast off. If it twists right off, then this antenna WILL FIT since it COMES WITH MOTORCYCLE SPECIFIC ADAPTERS.

  • Installation is very simple. This is a PLUG-N-PLAY antenna (a direct bolt-on part, no wiring involved), which means it screws onto your existing antenna mount (spacers are included at no extra charge for a snug fit!!) and takes a minute to do. And the way your bike looks after this Black Hog Tail Antenna is installed is incredible!

  • Most people wonder about losing reception with this antenna. 99.9% of the time reception stays the same OR improves (each antenna is pre-tuned for CB, no SWR Adjustment is necessary).

  • This compact high quality STAINLESS STEEL antenna (BLACK powder coated mast) cleans up the appearance of the FRONT or REAR of your BIKE and is an extremely durable upgrade from any stock antenna. A great improvement for little money and effort!

Nissan Juke Nismo RS arrives with added ‘Butch’ Compact SUVs and Crossovers are going the way the hatchback went; from sensible family transport to pseudo sports car. And Nissan are upping the ante once again with an even more aggressive version of the Juke Nismo – the Nissan Juke Nismo RS. The Juke Nismo RS gets a little extra power – up from 197bhp in the Nismo to 2012 bhp in the Nismo RS – which should be enough to get to 62mph in mid-7 seconds, and a choice of manual or CVT ‘box (but if you want 4WD you’ll have to have the mot very appealing CVT).

Local Motors Announces Alaska Motors Competition Winners

Wed, 03 Feb 2010

Startup American independent car company Local Motors has announced the winner of its Alaska Motors competition, which called for entrants to design a concept vehicle for the Wrangell Mountain Extreme, a made-up race that takes place in the grueling Alaskan frontier.   Challenged to design a conceptual vehicle for the most difficult environmental conditions, designers competed for Wacom prizes and the finalists were then chosen by the community, as they have been for the last 17 competitions. Coming in first place was recent Strate College graduate Anthony Colard for his 'B-Polar' concept, a vehicle that features a unique moving chassis with a rotating axis around its fuel tank allowing it to easily maneuver through rough terrain.
