12k Miles No Exchange W Trans Temp Silverado Sierra Gauge Cluster 03 04 05 06 07 on 2040-parts.com
Mesa, Arizona, US
If you have a 1/2, 3/4 or 1 ton truck with just the standard 6 gauges, you can simply plug this cluster in and the transmission temperature gauge will work. The truck's computer monitors it on all vehicles anyway, it is just not a gauge on most. The cool thing is that now you can monitor what your transmission is doing before the warning light comes on and smacks you in the face! I have one of these in my own personal 1/2 ton crew cab 5.3L truck and it really adds to piece of mind, especially when towing.
This 7 gauge cluster with the transmission temperature gauge came out of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra (classic only) 1500 / 2500 / 3500 (all clusters are the same) AT with 12K miles. It works as expected. Speedometer
This cluster will work in all 03-07 Classic only Chevy GMC truck SUV's. All of the lights and gauges work. In addition, if you have steering wheel controls on your vehicle that control the radio as well as other items like mileage and fuel range, this cluster will allow those to continue to work. Contrary to what ise listed on some parts where you are led to believe that all clusters are the same from 03-07, not all clusters will work in your 03-07 GM truck/SUV. Many of the clusters are not progammed correctly for your vehicle to just plug in and work. This cluster is!
If you do not have the steering wheel controls, this cluster will still plug in and work exactly as expected.
This will direct plug and play in any 2003 2004 2005 2006 or 2007 model pick up truck Tahoe, Yukon XL, Suburban (will not work in 07 Tahoe or Yukon as this was a body style change). Simply spend about 5 minutes removing the cluster from your vehicle, plug this new one in, and you now have a functional cluster where all of the lights and gauges work . It really is that simple. No core required. If you have a cluster that is not working and want to send it to me as a core, I will refund you $50 after I receive yours. Please contact me if you would like to do that.

Toyota Prius Recall: 30,790 cars in the UK, 1.9 million worldwide recalled
Thu, 13 Feb 2014The 3rd generation Toyota Prius (pictured) is being recalled Toyota’s hasn’t had a lot of luck with recalls in the last few years, although the latest recall for the Toyota Prius isn’t quite on the scale we’ve seen for previous recalls. It’s only eight months since the last Toyota Prius recall – which affected around 5,000 Prius models in the UK from 2009 – but this latest recall is a lot more extensive, affecting third generation Prius built from March 2009 to February 2014 and totalling 30,790 cars in the UK and 1.9 million worldwide. The issue is a problem with the hybrid system’s boost converter software, which is used when the car is under heavy load such as accelerating hard from a standstill.
Real UK car sales ‘have halved’ in November 2008
Tue, 02 Dec 2008By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 02 December 2008 09:58 The United Kingdom’s car market is in freefall, CAR has learned. Although official registration figures won’t be released until later this week, we can reveal that retail sales slumped by 45% in November 2008. It’s a crucial metric, retail registrations being actual sales to real people – as opposed to bulk-buy fleet deals to businesses (which are also down).
Lamborghini Jota: Tease 3
Tue, 14 Sep 2010Lamborghini Jota Tease 3 I know, it’s getting boring already. The first tease we had on the Lamborghini Jota was back in June when Lamborghini sent a photo of the bonnet of a car and the catchy (and let’s not forget, original) tag line ‘Coming Soon…’. That was followed up just over a week ago with another blindingly helpful photo of the Lamborghini Jota – this time of a tail light and a bit of carbon fibre.
