College Exhibition: RCA/VW - Day and Night
Fri, 14 Mar 2008Vehicle Design students at the Royal College of Art in London, UK, started work on a project sponsored by Volkswagen in October last year. The brief also called for new space concepts for the person/machine interface through new functions and new packaging of components.

The mule we snapped, like the production car set to arrive in 2015, is based on Aston’s familiar VH architecture that underpins the four-door Aston Martin Rapide.

There are museums for hearses, microcars, tractors and every conceivable form of transport--including a museum in Ferndale, Calif., for human-powered vehicles.
