Hand-made in AMERICA . . . hot rod bomber seat comes direct from the designer/manufacturer . . . Hunt's Championship Seats, LLC (over 40 years of seat building experience).   Seat is made of .090 aluminum (3003) - 16" wide - 21" tall - 20 degree tilt (layback) - "hand-rolled" edge - tig welded.  Hot Rods ARE American . . .  this seat is the ORIGINAL Hunt's Championship Hot Rod "BOMBER" seat  - MADE IN THE U.S.A. 

Over the years hundreds of  HUNT'S bomber seats have been purchased by HAPPY hot rod owners . . . many seats previously purchased through America's oldest speed shop in Lincoln, Nebraska. This distributor sent the HUNT'S original USA bomber seat to their factory in China to be manufactured.  Seats are shipped back to the United States and sold from their speed shop/warehouse in Lincoln, NE.  CHINA MADE OR AMERICAN MADE . . . what do you want?

THE car industry is full of interesting and unusual business partnerships, but this latest tie-up between Ford and Heinz promises to be one of the more intriguing. Far from seeking to produce 57 varieties of any particular new Ford model, the two firms are exploring the use of tomato fibre to develop a sustainable composite materials for use in vehicle manufacturing. For example, boffins believe that dried tomato skins could become the wiring brackets in future Ford vehicles or the storage bin a customer uses to hold coins and other small objects.

Honda Civic Type R Mugen 2.2 - will it sell? When Honda finally confirmed the Civic Type R Mugen for very limited production – just 20 were being made – back in 2009, we did comment that the price - £38,599 and a £12k premium over the stock Type R – did not auger well for sales. In the event Honda has only managed to shift sixteen of the original Type R Mugen, but despite that sales failure they have decided to punt out a more powerful – and inevitably more expensive – version of the Type R with a bored and stroke 2.2 litre version of the original 2.0 litre in the Type R – the Honda Civic Type R Mugen 2.2.
