Maybach, or not Maybach? That is the question.

Maybach - off to Gaydon? Actually, whether to keep Maybach on the Daimler life support system is a question that has taxed the brains of many a Mercedes exec,  almost since the Maybach brand got its revival under Mercedes and turned in to a cross between a stretched old S-Class, a Playstation and a glitterball. Because despite the efforts of Mercedes to position the Maybach above the S-Class – and in to competition with Rolls Royce and Bentley – the Maybach has somehow conspired to be less desirable than the S-Class.

Chevrolet Camaro Bumblebee lands at Chicago auto show

Chicago Auto Show will reveal the Camaro. Chicago Auto Show The Chevrolet Camaro has nabbed a starring role in the next Transformers movie, and the silver-screen version will be revealed at the Chicago auto show next week. More details will be available then, but the Chevy pony car will reprise its role of the Autobot named Bumblebee.

Used-car shoppers should watch out for potential flood damage

Heavy spring rains swelled rivers such as the Mississippi and flooded numerous towns. You might have stayed dry, but there's still a risk of being affected--if you wind up with a flood-damaged car. Large sections of the Midwest and the Southeast flooded because of heavy winter snow and an especially wet spring.
