Refunds & Returns If item is delivered damaged, you must refuse delivery if you are present during delivery.  If an item comes damaged, and you are not present for delivery, I will REPLACE the item free of charge if I am notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item.  The new replacement item will not be sent out until the damaged item is received back.  No refunds will be given on damaged items, only a replacement at no cost to you.  I will replace any damaged or missing pieces if reported to me within 7 days of delivery.  Missing parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.  Therefore, I reserve the right to request a replacement of the item if I feel it will be quicker than ordering replacement parts.  If, for any reason, you want to return an item for a refund, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  Occasionally, especially for larger items, I can help with arranging the return shipping of item.  If this is the case, I will pay for the return shipping costs and your refund will be minus the shipping costs you paid for the original shipment.  You MUST contact me before sending any items back for a replacement or a refund.  This is required in order to get you a return authorization number.

FEEDBACK POLICY: I have my automated system setup to leave positive feedback for a buyer after payment has been received and after I have received positive feedback from the buyer. I have it set up this way as I have no way of knowing if a transaction is complete until I receive positive feedback from you. If for ANY reason at all you feel that I deserve ANYTHING but positive feedback, please contact me PRIOR to leaving the feedback. I will do everything in my power to make sure the transaction is completed in a satisfactory way for you. Please keep in ind that in some situations that my options are limited, but a refund will always be offered for a returned product. In my opinion, a full refund is still a positive transaction as I have worked with you to make you no worse off than before the transaction was initiated. Please do not leave something other than positive feedback and then contact me with the issue. With ebay's new feedack rules, neutral ratings come off a seller's feedback score in the same manner that negative feedbacks do. So, again, I ask for you to contact me with any issues prior to leaving feedback so I can make the transaction a positive experience for you. Thanks!

Mercedes-Benz revives its classic Gullwing two-seater as the SLS

Mon, 02 Mar 2009

Mercedes-Benz's gorgeous 300SL--or Gullwing, as it is affectionately now known--has been reborn five decades after the iconic two-seater first sent the motoring world into a spin at the New York auto show in 1954. We were the first to report Mercedes' secret plans to resurrect the Gullwing following Dieter Zetsche's decision not to forge ahead with a second supercar in collaboration with its Formula One partner, McLaren. Now we can confirm the name--SLS--along with details of its state-of-the-art construction, unique driveline, performance and much more.

Peugeot 207 CC Facelift – detail

Mon, 06 Jul 2009

Peugeot has released the facelifted version of the 207 CC Coupe Cabriolet The Peugeot 207 CC is a decent car; not at all bad looking and a reasonable drive, if a little lacking in quality and spec in some areas. The facelifted 207 CC goes some way to addressing that. The front end of the 207 CC gets the same treatment as the rest of the 207 range with a softer, more fluid nose.

Lexus LF-A on sale in London

Mon, 30 Nov 2009

The Lexus LF-A has gone on sale in the Lexus dealership in Park Lane You may be surprised to learn that the Lexus LF-A is actually for sale if you were one of the first to read our report last week that you could only lease the LF-A. But if you came later to the story you’ll know that the lease-only deal applies just to the US. Lexus were very quick to contact us after we published the report (all of ten minutes) to say that it was just potential LF-A buyers in the US who would be constrained to a lease-only deal and that the LF-A was up for grabs in the normal way everywhere else in the world.
