  • PART: 1700cc Type 4 VW Engine. Complete minus Carbs and Exhaust (check my ebay store)

         According to thesamba.com, it is a 1971 model

  • CONDITION: Good, rebuildable. Motor was running a few months ago, engine turns over and has compression.

  • I will assist with shipping however I can, but I will not be responsible for arranging shipping because I don't want the liability of damage during shipment. I can put the motor on a pallet, but I do not have a forklift or loading dock.

Most parts will have varying degrees of dirt.  I just do not have the manpower to wash every used part.  I try very hard to take good pictures to best guide your purchase.  Please look over the pictures closely before you buy.  The pictures are your guide for the condition & the title highlight item specific information.

Returns and Exchanges

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.  Return items must be complete in new, unused condition.  Return items must be in original packaging.  All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.  Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or installation.  Altered/installed items are not returnable and non-refundable. 

If you fail to contact us prior to returning an item you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you may be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

Hennessey readies 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray package with 1,000 hp

The 2014 Corvette Stingray made its world debut at the Detroit auto show less than two months ago, but Texas tuner John Hennessey is already working on upgrades. Hennessey Performance plans to offer upgrades for both the C7 coupe and the C7 convertible. Supercharged systems will bring output to 700 hp and higher-priced twin-turbo setups push power to anywhere from 800 hp-1,000 hp.

Sergio Pininfarina exhibition to open in Maranello

The late Sergio Pininfarina will be honored in a three-month special exhibition at the Ferrari museum in Maranello, Italy, from 26 October. The ‘Grandi Ferrari di Sergio Pininfarina' – Sergio Pininfarina's great Ferraris – exhibition will feature his classic designs and current Pininfarina evolutions in three halls: Concept Cars, Motorsports and Grand Touring Cars. The Concept Hall will be filled with famous designs such as the Modulo, the P6 and the four-door Pinin concept.
