International Shipping: Import Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be. 

Orders shipped to any of the 48 states in the continental US are shipped via FedEx Ground. The order is dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. It is usually delivered within 1-5 days from the day of shipping. The delivery time will vary depending upon your proximity or distance from Southern California. 

Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska: We offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please send us a message and we will send you an invoice for the order.

RETURNS
  • Items must be in new condition and in original packing:
  • Wheels must not be mounted and balanced or modified in any way
  • Items that cannot be returned:
    • Customized items (custom painted, powder coated, custom drilled)
    • Wheels that have been mounted
  • If you wish to return your order, we need to be notified of the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If the customer prefers a return for a refund and not an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in brand NEW condition (if the wheels have been mounted or used in any way, the return will be denied). The customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee + all shipping charges from and to Modwerkz. This restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused by the consumer.

Shipping Damages:

  • Shipping damages are covered 100%. All packages are insured. If you receive a damaged item via shipping, we will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damaged wheel(s) for a new wheel(s)! Please message us once you notice a damaged wheel. Please contact us within 72 hours after the packages have been confirmed as delivered. After 72 hours, damaged claims will not be accepted. Modwerkz will ship out the new product once the damaged goods have arrived at our facility.

Just how much do the drivers of Formula One cars get for risking their lives (well, that may be a bit of an overstatement in 2012) in pursuit of a victory on the track? It seems anything from €150k to €30 million is the spread.
