Not sure what this is from , guessing 40's GM ? Measures 18" tall x 16 1/2" wide & weighs about 12 LBS. 4 Of the grille bars are split apart in the front but when bolted tight you can't really tell & they stay together. (shipping is $40.00 & if it's any cheaper I will refund the balance).

Thu, 12 Apr 2012Volkswagen is pushing the global-platform concept to a level unprecedented in the auto industry, introducing a modular platform this summer that eventually will be the basis of microcars, sedans, crossovers and SUVs for its four largest brands. By 2017, some analysts estimate, the MQB platform that debuts with the Audi A3 eventually will be used in 4 million units a year--close to half of VW's annual production.

Volvo’s new VEA family of four-cylinder engines starts production

And now it’s underway. Together with Volvo’s Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) the new VEA engines will be a core part of every new Volvo before too long, and will replace the five and six cylinder engines Volvo currently uses and will provide more power than current six-cylinder engines with economy and emissions better than current four-cylinder engines.
