1933 33 1934 34 Chevrolet Chevy Master Gas Tank Rear Apron.
Will fit all master body styles, but really only correct for sedans and phaetons. Condition is fair, very restorable. Needs straightening, as can be seen from pictures. Also, the frame bump-ups need patching, and each lower corner has had a poorly done braze repair that needs to be re-done. Also looks like it is pitted under the paint. However, all of it is good solid metal that can be worked. It is not rusted out anywhere, like many you see today. |

Video: Track-day fun in the Lexus LFA
Thu, 06 Oct 2011As promised, the third installment in our supercar video extravaganza--after the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and the Porsche GT2 RS--gives you the lowdown on the hyperexotic Lexus LFA and its insane 552-hp V10 powerplant. Best described by senior editor for motorsports Mac Morrison as "shrieking like a melting witch," the Lexus LFA emits a wail unlike anything this side of a Formula One racer, and its performance isn't too far off that mark, either. Check out the walk-around and some on-track fun, then come back for the VBox lap on Friday.
Hyundai i10 revealed
Wed, 05 Dec 2007By Ben Pulman Motor Shows 05 December 2007 09:30 Didn’t we see this last month? Two months ago actually, but the new Hyundai i10 city car makes its official show debut at Bologna, and CAR was given access to the car the night before the show so we could have a proper poke round it. Hyundai officials also let slip that the Genesis saloon will be shown at the start of 2008 in Detroit, while the production Coupe will be previewed at the New York Motor Show in March 2008.
Germany plans to charge foreigners to drive on the Autobahn
Tue, 10 Dec 2013Germany plans to charge foreigners to drive on the Autobahn It seems Germany is planning to charge to use the Autobahn network – just as France does – but it plans to levy the charge just on foreign visitors. The plan is part of a deal by Angela Merkel’s Social Democrat party to form a new coalition and would see all non-German drivers paying a fixed toll to use the Autobahns. But the plan is coming under fire from neighbouring countries (Germany has borders with nine other countries) and even from its own version of the AA – the ADAC – who say the revenue likely to be raised – around £220 million – will do little to address the costs.
