12 Volt "Led" Tail Light Insert (2) Here is a your chance to update your tail lights with the new led technology. It just couldn't get any easier! Remove your old lens and bulb, insert the socket and put the screw back in. These tail lights have 17 super bright red led's and the license plate light has 6 white leds. They use epoxy coated, fully sealed electronics on solid state circuit boards. All the led's light up for tail lights and all get brighter for stop/turn. These appear stock until you look close. The led's are instant on and off. Almost unnatural! Low current so they run cool. Tremendous life span. They measure about 5/8" X 3". The listing is for a left and right. Japan Car: Designs for a Crowded Globe
Thu, 04 Dec 2008The Science Museum in London, UK is hosting the Japan Car: Designs for the Crowed Globe exhibition, sponsored by seven Japanese automobile manufacturers. An exploration of the car as a 'mobile cell', the exhibition has been conceived by graphic designer Kenya Hara and architect Shigeru Ban to show how Japanese design reflects the 'soil and spirit' of Japan, depicted by concept cars and models specific to the Japanese market. Speaking to Car Design News, Shigeru Ban explained how the automobile was chosen as the central element to the exhibition because it is a reflection of Japanese culture and tradition.
One in six drivers admits 'bump parking'

Known as ‘bump parking’, it means drivers simply carry on moving until they hit the car they’re heading towards. The figure rises to a shocking 26% – more than a quarter – among those living in London, with UK-wide drivers aged 18-34 recording the same statistic.

Well, Citroen and Peugeot are both now taken care of - Citroen's PSA partner Peugeot unveiled the iOn earlier this year - but the rebadged i-MiEV is an easy way for Citroen to add a zero-emissions vehicle to its range. The C-Zero is powered by a 47kW (64bhp) motor that also produces 133lb ft and sends the drive to the rear wheels.
