a very rare and unique steering wheel that was only made in 1940 and 41 for chevy cars as an accessory wheel option.more commonly seen on the convertible cars.
the spinner still moves freely and is c/w with the hub,hub mount brace and screw, horn pressure spring and rubber ring.
it,s hard to find with this much steering wheel grip material still attached to the outer ring.it still also has both of the spinner grip pads.
it does need restoration but is still a nice rare find for the right person.
