1942 Buick Super Roadmaster 4dr NOS rubber door gravel guards 1323730

Product Description

NOS genuine GM rear door/fender front rubber gravel/splash shields, part number 1323730 adn 1323731.

These fit 1942 Buick Super and Roadmaster, Series 50 and 70, but only 4dr models - 51 and 71.

There are some issues with these. They were stored with other gravel shields like this at the dealership, but none of them had packages, and consequently, the mounting tabs on the back, still being straight, sunk into the front surfaces of these shields in a couple of places, leaving a dent. You can see them in the close-up pictures. The RH (passenger) side shield is not in as good condition as the LH (drivers) side. The RH one has the top front corner of the rubber somewhat missing, and a couple of the other corners are not intact as original. There is also a small tear at the front, but that will be covered in that spot by the molding. Overall, not bad, considering the age and treatment they have obviously had. I'd rate the LH one a 7.5 to 8 out of 10, and the RH one about 6 to 6.5.

These particular shields are not being reproduced, remanufactured or revulcanized. Your only option if you need them is to find them NOS.

Shipping - Payment

A few words to make things easier.

1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising BEFORE you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.  AND, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.

Thanks for your bid.

Land Rover is already planning for the 2016 arrival of Bentley’s new SUV – and intends to make the Range Rover even more exclusive and expensive in order to do battle. “We are benchmarking Bentley quite closely,” admitted Range Rover vehicle integration manager Lynfel Owen. “The gap to the (expected £150,000) Bentley and today’s Range Rover (£71,310-£98,430) leaves lots of margin.” Why Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar are going SUV crazy Bentley SUV production confirmed Already, Land Rover has rolled out the new Long Wheelbase Range Rover and, next year, will launch a super-exclusive Autobiography Black trim line, with twin rear massaging captain’s chairs, electric business tables and champagne chiller.
