UK motorway to charge moving electric cars
Tue, 15 Apr 2014The Highways Agency is set to test wireless charging in moving electric cars on a UK motorway, according to Engineering and Technology Magazine. This would see electric vehicles gain additional charge as they passed over wireless charging nodes embedded in the motorway’s road surface. Thu, 10 Oct 2013BARONS' RECENT annual 'Jaguar Heritage Sale' celebrated all models of the much-loved marque but the E-type, in its 50th anniversary year really stole the show. The car had bidders and vendors purring with pleasure and nine of these stunning cars were on offer and all of them sold. Of the four examples offered, not one sold for less than £31,000 and the chart topper – a magnificent, bright red 1972 machine achieved over £39,000.
