Keep warm in your '51 or '52 FORD truck this winter with this completely restored '52 Magic Air heater . Some differences from a '51 to a '52 . Most noticeably is the Motor cover badge . This is correct for a '52 . See last pic for a '51 emblem . Core tubes on a '51 are 5 1/8 O.C. - '52 is 3 1/8 O.C. Fresh air tube elbow on a '51 is flush w./ 3 studs that bolts to a 4" round adapter flange while a '52 fresh air tube elbow has a 1" extended flange that accepts the boot . A '51 cable control panel is back lighted with large chrome escutcheons on the cables , '52 cables are bare w/ a plain panel .You will receive this '52 heater w/ remanned core & pressure tested ,w/ a fine true running 6V.pos. ground motor ( up grade to a 12V neg grnd motor $74.00 extra ) a '52 3 pc. fresh air tube , custom made gaskets , a '52 boot , defrost ducts , a '52 cable control panel (w/a custom made decal ) & smooth operating cables .A 44" length of defrost hose is included ., plenty for both hoses . Said to preview a possible limited production model from Volkswagen's increasingly active R performance car division, the Golf R400 runs a powered-up version of the Golf R's turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injection gasoline engine aimed at providing it with the sort of firepower to match the current king of the Euro hot hatchback brigade, the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG. VW The VW Golf R400 makes 395 hp from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
Learner driver sits test 110 times
Tue, 13 Aug 2013A 28-year-old woman has sat her driving theory test 110 times, costing the unnamed candidate a whopping £3,410 in test fees. It’s unknown whether the candidate actually passed her driving theory test at the 110th attempt. Reported by the Daily Mirror, the figures released under a Freedom of Information Act request to the Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA) stand as a new record for failing the first section of the UK’s two-part driving test.
