At auction is an original CHEVROLET 1953-54 SPEEDOMETER, GAUGES, & CLOCK, COMPLETE. May fit other GM makes and models. It was removed from a 1954 Chevrolet. It was taken apart and painted, lubed and the guage faces cleaned and updated, the needles painted. The odometer numbers were redone & reset to zero. THE SPEEDOMETER bezel was rechromed. All guages were tested, and work. THE GLASS FACE PLATE FOR THE GAUGES IS NEW, It looks as good as new. I tested it with a drill cable and it operated as it should. The clock keeps good time. If Your Ride has been converted to 12volts, I have a reducer to reduce the Fuel gauge to 6volt, so You won't burn it out, for an additional $15.00. ALSO NEW, I HAVE THE TEMP. GAUGE WITH A 60 " LINE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE A V8, EMAIL QUESTIONS. All the other gauges will work fine on 12 volts. Other Countries welcome, waite for mailing costs. Street View not good enough for Google's self-driver

Not only does the company have the necessary funds for such an undertaking, it has the necessary data -- at least one would think. In a Wired article on Tuesday, Google said that even though it has mapped much of the world with Google Street View, those maps won't help its self-driving car.

Instead, Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne wants the Italian automaker to replace its slow-selling Bravo compact hatchback with an all-new high-roof crossover inspired by the hot-selling Nissan Qashqai. Marchionne first hinted at Fiat's plan to make the bold product move at the Detroit auto show in January.

We knew McLaren were back at the Nurburgring with the P1 in an attempt to make good on Ron Dennis’s promise that the P1 would lap the ‘Ring in under 7 minutes. It appears McLaren has already tried to set a sub-7 minute time with the P1 but could only manage 7:04s so, with the firts P1s now in customer hands – and full performance specs revealed – the final piece of the jigsaw (apart form a Top Gear lap record) is to set a great time at the Nurburgring.
