THIS IS THE ACTUAL '54 - '55 OLDS HUBCAP YOU'LL BE RECEIVING.  IT HAS VIRTUALLY PERFECT ORIGINAL PAINT.  THE CHROME ON THE OUTSIDE IS STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL (LUSTROUS -  EXTREMELY WELL PRESERVED).  ALTHOUGH THE INSIDE HAS LIGHT SURFACE RUST, THERE IS NO GREASE, AND NO SIGNS OF INSTALLATION.  ONE PIC SHOWS A TEENY DIMPLE (LIKELY THE REASON THAT THIS WAS SEGREGATED FROM DEALER INVENTORY, AND STORED FOR DECADES UNTIL BEING OFFERED).  THIS HAVE BEEN STORED FOR NEARLY SIXTY YEARS (THE LAST 10 BY ME!).  ANY Q?  PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER BELOW IN RED, ANY TIME YOU FEEL LIKE IT.  THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST AND CONSIDERATION!

THIS AUCTION IS FOR ONE (1) HUB CAP.   IF YOU NEED '50 - '53, I HAVE AN N.O.S. PAIR OF THOSE NOW POSTED ON EBAY.  IF YOU ARE A MID-50s TO MID-60s OLDSMOBILE BUFF, YOU'LL BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING THAT I HAVE A FEW OTHER YEARS OF N.O.S. CAPS (including a set of '64s for sale on ebay right now).

SHIPPING/PACKING:  QUOTE INCLUDES INSURANCE.  BECAUSE I'M IN THE CORNER OF THE COUNTRY, SHPG COSTS (on average) MAY SEEM A BIT MORE THAN AVERAGE.  WHEN YOU SEE HOW MUCH EFFORT I WENT THROUGH TO PACK THIS ORDER, YOU'LL THINK IT'S A BARGAIN.  I WILL COMBINE SHPG, IF ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED TOGETHER SAFELY (deducting approx. 50% of the lesser shipping cost for each additional item).  IN THE MEANTIME, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AT ANYTIME: 6one9-442-2800. PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE IF I CAN'T GET TO THE PHONE! THANKS VERY MUCH FOR YOUR INTEREST AND COOPERATION...

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ARE WELCOME!; FINAL SHPG COSTS WILL BE ACTUAL RECEIPTED COST + $10 (to barely cover PP/EBAY fees + waiting in line at the post office; it’s been added to estimate already).  ANY EXTRA MONEY PAID IN THE SHPG ESTIMATE WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED THRU PAYPAL.  LIKEWISE, ANY DEFICIT WILL BE DUE BEFORE SHPG PKG.  I WILL SEND PHOTOGRAPHS OF PACKAGE DETAIL AND EMAIL ALL TRACKING INFORMATION...

LAYAWAY OPTION:  YOU MUST MAKE A PAYMENT FOR THIS ITEM (at least 50% down) WITHIN 48 HOURS.  I WILL ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS (or more, if pre-arranged) FOR THE BALANCE DUE TO BE PAID.  Thank you for your cooperation...

FYI:  IN 2011, I DONATED ABOUT HALF OF MY EBAY SALES RECEIPTS (3 FIGURES) TO THE JAPAN EARTHQUAKE & TSUNAMI RELIEF FUND…

The 2014 Facleift for the Dacia Duster in Europe (*pictured) has been revealed The UK hasn’t had the Dacia Duster for very long, mainly because it was selling so well in Europe Renault couldn’t manage to build right hand drive versions. And it looks like much the same scenario will play out with the Dacia Duster facelift – revealed today in full before Frankfurt – with it rolling out in Europe but with no immediate plans to bring it to the UK. But if you want a LHD, or you’re one of our European readers, then the Duster SUV titivations for 2014 – already previewed by a single photo – offers more glitzy version of the budget SUV, and a new engine.

Brilliance

Fri, 09 Mar 2007

By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 09 March 2007 09:19 Low key but not for long It’s not often a manufacturer unveils three new cars on its stand but Brilliance JinBei Automobile did just that. Not that you’d notice – sandwiched in between a number of specialist marques with unpronounceable names, the European debut of the BS6 and BS4 saloons and BC3 coupe (above) didn't attract too many camera flashguns. But make no mistake, Brilliance will, we predict, be an automotive household name 10 years from now.
