This is an original window lower stop bracket with the special factory attaching bolts and an NOS rubber stop. This lower window stop was used on all 1955-1957 Thunderbirds and all 1955-1958 Ford passenger cars front door on both the RH and LH sides. This bracket bolts to the door access lower panel and prevents the window lowering too far into the door shell. The bracket has been glass beaded and painted black and is ready to install. Perfect for replacing a missing or damaged lower window stop. Payment is expected within 10 days of the close of the auction. September saw new car registrations hit 403,136 – the highest figure for five and a half years – and the first time since 2008 new car registrations have broken the 400k barrier. We’ve covered the reasons before – pre-reg cars, dealer discounts and even PPI payouts – but car registrations are certainly continuing to give buoyancy to a recovery that’s still fragile.
