1955-1959 GMC Pickup Original Tailgate. Has some minor dings and a few areas that were re-welded and need to be ground smooth, so please look closely at the photos. That being said, this is actually a very straight and solid tailgate that will restore to nice condition with a little effort. These Original GMC tailgates are getting very hard to come by and are not being reproduced with the correct GMC script.. I travel great distances to purchase and retrieve these trucks. Some I restore, the ones that are too far gone to save are disassembled so that their parts can be used to put other trucks back on the road.
