This is a NEW 12V starter relay. This relay was used on Ford, Lincoln and Mercury products beginning in 1956 when Ford changed to a 12V electrical system. It was used thru the 1970's on Fords, Thunderbirds, Lincolns and Mercurys including the 1971-1974 DeTomaso Pantera. Stamped into the top bracket is "Made in USA" and "12V." This relay has never been installed and includes the attaching hardware as shown.in the picture. Perfect for replacing a missing, worn or damaged starter relay. Chevrolet brought a small fleet of 2014 Corvette Stingrays to Pebble Beach last week. Somehow, we were able to talk them into letting us drive one from Monterey back to Michigan. By the end of the trip, Autoweek will probably have logged more miles in the Stingray than anyone outside General Motors.
