These DeVino alloys, 6.5X15, bolt: 4X100, were removed from my 1999 VW Cabrio shortly after I bought it when I switched to larger brakes and 5X100 bolt pattern. The tires have less than 100 miles and the rims are in pretty decent shape. One has scratches from what looks like an attempt to wash it with a dirty rag or steel wool but it isn't noticeable until you are within 3 feet. One has a bit of curb rash but all balanced well and were fine to drive upon. No cracks or problems. Tires are about as wide as will fit stock wheel wells and look great in the bright silver color. No caps or lug bolts, but they use stock wheel lugs.  An easy upgrade to the steel wheel/plastic wheelcovers put on most cars. I've got them listed locally and on Vortex so I reserve the right to end this all early. Pick up only as the cost to ship is prohibitive, particularly with tires. Auction is for all four.

Range Rover Sport claims desert crossing record

Thu, 07 Nov 2013

The last couple months have seen a number of cross-country record attempts, but here's one we didn't see coming, and frankly couldn't imagine taking place. But Land Rover claims to have broken the record for crossing Saudi Arabia's 'Empty Quarter,' starting at Wadi Adda Wasir in Saudi Arabia, and traveling east across the desert to the United Arab Emirates border. The 'Empty Quarter' is known to be one of the harshest and most challenging environments on the planet, and is actually the largest sand desert in the world and the second largest desert overall after the Sahara.
