Frankfurt 2011: Mazda C-X5 2012 Debut
Wed, 14 Sep 2011Mazda CX-5 debuts at Frankfurt We got the pre-Frankfurt reveal of the 2012 Mazda CX-5 last month, and we have to say it’s an impressive bit of kit and has looks as good as anything else in the sector. Porsche 911 GT3 RS (2009) (2nd gen 997) first photos
Wed, 19 Aug 2009By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 19 August 2009 09:42 Porsche has just unveiled these first photographs of the new second-generation 997 GT3 RS – Porsche shorthand for the hardest, most track-focused contemporary 911 yet. While some prefer the sledgehammer power of the new 911 Turbo and others choose the widowmaker, aka the loony, rear-drive turbocharged GT2, for many the 911 GT3 RS is the purest of the rear-engined Porsches. The new photos of the GT3 RS reveal a 911 that’s been fettled and feted, prepared for use cross-country or at Cadwell Park race track.
Hyundai Elantra
Mon, 22 Nov 2010Hyundai is set to add another vehicle to its list of successes: the new Elantra, which was revealed at the LA auto show this year. Created by principal designer Cedric d'Andre, the Elantra was the last car conceived under the direction of Hyundai's former design boss, Joel Piaskowski. The new car shares the 'fluidic sculpture' design theme of its larger sibling, the Sonata and has an impressively low 0.28Cd.
