1958-1959 Chevy Cameo, Chevy Suburban, Chevy Truck Original Grill.
This auction is for a very nice, straight & solid 1958-1959 Chevy Original Grill Assembly. It is extremely nice. I was unable to locate a single ding anywhere on this grill. I hesitate to say it is perfect though, there is always that one person who might find a dime-sized ding that I missed. So I am going to describe this as having a dime-sized ding. Please use the zoom feature and inspect the photos closely, I don't think it does. Has typical surface rust on backside, but absolutely no rot. A very straight, very solid, original Grill Assembly.
If you are in need of other parts for 1955-1959 Chevy or GMC trucks, please look at my other listed items by clicking on the link in the upper righthand corner of this page. I will be posting new items daily. I travel great distances to purchase and retrieve these trucks. Some I restore, the ones that are too far gone to save are disassembled so that their parts can be used to put other trucks back on the road. I use the shipping calculator and do not proffit off shipping or handling. Please inspect the pictures closely, as they are always the best description. I try to point out any imperfections or flaws. If you are unhappy with a part, please let me know and I will do what it takes to make it right, as I value my 100% Positive Feedback Rating and strive to earn repeat business. Thank you for looking.

Magna Electronics develops 'Touchskin' concept [w/video]
Tue, 22 May 2012Electronics firm Magna is working on a new technology it calls 'Touchskin concept' that has the potential to eliminate traditional switches and instruments inside vehicles. As part of its ‘Intelligent Surface Technology', the Touchskin concept is set to be an integral part of a system that allows the user to control the car via intuitive gestures – such as pinching, tapping and swiping – as we've become so familiar with when using smartphones. The potential design implications are easy to see with the large amount of space made available by removing the traditional instrument cluster and its wiring and the removal of wired-in switches and buttons.
