This is the heater blower motor from a 1958 Cadillac. This will fit all 1957 & 1958 Cadillac's, including Eldorado's, except Brougham, but please verify that it is correct for your application before buying it. This mounts in the engine bay, on the drivers side of the car. It does have some surface rust, and needs to be sand blasted and painted to look nice again. Unfortunately the motor on this one is not working. It is not seized, it does turn but does not work when bench tested. It is complete and not in too bad shape overall but the motor will need to be rebuilt or replaced on it. Volkswagen of America Inc. on Monday voluntarily recalled 71,043 2011 Jettas because of wiring problems with the anti-theft alarm system and horn. "The current electrical wiring layout has the horn wiring protected by the same fuse as the converter box wiring," said VW spokeswoman Sheriece Matias.

Car Design China Award winner benefits from Umeå placement

One of this year's Car Design China Award winners won the prize of a visit to Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design to mix with and work alongside other young aspiring designers and learn new skills using some of the latest technology available. Tsinghua University's Yulian Wu, who won the award for Best Luxury Concept along with partner Liu Kefeng at this year's awards, was welcomed to the school when he arrived on 25 September with the traditional welcome party for all new students. Umeå's program director for Transportation Design Demian Horst's first impression of Wu was a positive one.

Lotus announces partnership with Mansory

Group Lotus has announced its new collaboration with Mansory, which will become its official customization studio. The German tuner will be contributing bodywork, trim and special finishes for the Elise, Exige and Evora in yet another controversial strategic decision for the UK company.
