Story goes like this. I found a local guy who had a 1958 Edsel Ranger 4 door as pictured. I bought it with the sole intentions of extra parts for my streetrod version of this same car. The stuff I didn't need, I'm listing to sell to a purist who prefers to keep his or hers all original. This auction is for the rear seat. Needs minor restoration for show. Good for a daily driver, though. Feels solid. It is, in my opinion, in excellent condition for its age. YOU ARRANGE SHIPMENT. You either come get it, or send someone to come get it. When someone comes to get it, I either need to be paid in full before they take it, or you (or them) bring cash on the spot. Or, you can pay for it and call a shipping company of your choice for them to come get it. Either way, pay within one day of auction end, or I will relist it, if you are not serious. IT IS IN TWO PIECES TO MAKE EASIER DELIVERY. MUST BE RE-ASSEMBLED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. READ ALL SHIPPING AND PAYMENT RULES BEFORE BIDDING. NON PAYING BIDDERS REPORTED.

McQueen's Indian Chief, Vincent Black Shadows and rare bikes galore at the Las Vegas Motorcycle Auctions

Thu, 09 Jan 2014

After two days of CES electronic overload, we snuck off to Ballys down the strip and had a preview peek at the Bonhams motorcycle auction. No one was guarding the door so we just opened it up and walked right in like we owned the place. Kablam – what a sight: there were hundreds of classic bikes lined up in rows and grouped together, more or less.

Land Rover sending more Range Rover Evoques to the US

Fri, 20 Jul 2012

Land Rover are increasing the supply of the new Range Rover Evoque to the US by a third to help meet demand. In the land where cubic inches are king and any SUV smaller than a Hummer isn’t really an SUV, it’s amazing that the dinky Range Rover Evoque is a hit – but it is. From sales of just 2,200 Evoques in 2011, Land Rover has managed to shift twice that in the first six months of 2012, and Land Rover dealers are still complaining they can’t get enough Evoques to meet demand.
