We Purchased This As An (NOS) 12" Chevy/GM  Mirror, And Found The Rubber Trim Needing To Be Re-attached, Because It Was Coming Off The Mirror Body. We Made The Repair By Re-Attaching It. Then We Inspected It For Proper Operation, and Also Found It To Be In Excellent Condition. The Mirror Body Has Only Very Minor Shelf Wear, And The Mirror Glass Is Excellent Condition And Looks Brand New.
