You are bidding on one rocker panel that fits all full size model 1961 1962 1963 and 1964 Pontiac two door and four door cars.  I have these panels formed by an Amish sheet metal worker who uses a die stamped panel from the 1960's as a template, the panels are 72 inches long. This panel can be used on either side of a four door car, you will have to put the notch in the middle of the panel for the door post. This panel can also be used on a two door car by either cutting off the excess length that you do not need to repair the rocker under the door or trimming the area on the top off to use the outer face to extend back into the front of the rear quarter in between the door and the front of the rear wheel well. The front area of the quarter panel on a two door car always has the same contour as a rocker panel. The last two pictures on this auction show different views of how this panel looks when it is trimmed to use on a two door car. These pictures are only for an example, the rockers that you purchase will have the full lip on the top and any trimming will have to be done by you. If you have any questions on this panel I can be reached at 262-549-9583. I can ship this panel to you for much less that what is quoted if you live in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North or South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois or the Metro St Louis area via Spee-Dee delivery. You would have to contact me with your zip code for an exact price using this service.

I can deliver this panel to the Elkhorn Car Show August 6th-7th and the Jefferson Car Show September 23rd-25th

Electric BMW 1 Series Concept ActiveE Revealed

Thu, 17 Dec 2009

The BMW 1 Series ActiveE Concept BMW are ramping up their foray in to electric cars with the reveal of the BMW 1 Series Concept ActiveE which will show at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and takes the company a step further along the electric car line than the MINI E. The starting point for public trials of BMW’s i-Project (for ‘Public Trials’ read ‘We’ll get the punters to suss the problems’) was the front wheel drive MINI E which is out playing on the roads in a limited lease programme in the UK, Germany and the US. The programme has not been without problems including charging issues and poor range, but BMW are quite upfront about this being about seeing how the electric cars work in the real world.

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 11 February 2009 14:09 Just when you thought the Maybach brand couldn't go any further into the stratoshphere, Stuttgart goes and announces a new 100-strong limited edition. The new Maybach Zeppelin versions of the 57 and 62 limo revive an old badge from the 1930s, as well as the airship pioneered by Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin at the turn of the twentieth century. The 2009-spec Maybach 57 and 62 Zeppelins have an opinion-dividing contrasting paint job, interior tricks galore – and even a 'world first sophisticated perfume atomiser'.
