1961 1962 Ford Galaxie Selectaire Heater Core #1205 on 2040-parts.com
Washington, District Of Columbia, US
Hi:
This is heater core for a 1961 Ford passenger car fitted with the factory Selectaire A/C option. It came from a Galaxie, but is listed in the 61 parts catalog as fitting all 1961 Ford passenger cars with Selectaire. Part # is C0AF-18476C. It appears to be in good functional shape with some obvious cosmetic issues. But since it sits inside the evaporator case, no one will see it. No holes. It holds pressure when I blow into it or flows freely when I lift my thumb off. The Selectaire is a rare factory option. These are very hard to find.
Overall, the pix tell the story of the condition and are an integral part of the item's descripton.
Prior to bidding/buying, please do your homework. It is up to you to determine if any part listed is suitable for your application or serve your purpose. Parts may not be returned. Please ask any and all questions and use the photos to assure your satisfaction.
Original parts are always best for your classic Ford. NOS means “new old stock”. Note that NOS means that it has not been put into service. It does not necessarily mean that it is factory fresh. Its a 40 year old car part and may have some shelf wear or other damage. These parts were mass-produced and are not “custom” parts. Sometimes there are factory flaws as a result that are cosmetic and generally do not affect the performance of the part. Some items are still in there original opened packaging, some items are not in any packaging. Look carefully at the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. Pictures are of the actual item.
If you have questions or concerns, please use the “ask the seller a question” button in this listing. Due to their nature, we cannot assume any liability for the functionality of any part sold.
I am starting to sell off my extra parts for my 61 and 65 Ford Galaxies. Great cars, but too many parts in storage. I am starting most of my auctions at $10 and letting the market determine the rest. Check out my other auctions.
Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions and I will do my best to answer.
Thanks for watching. Bid early and Bid Often.
Note that I will not ship to an address that is not your confirmed Paypal address. So make sure you have updated your address with both Ebay and Paypal before you buy. I will also not ship to PO Boxes. Thanks

Mitsubishi Outlander (2006): first official pictures
Fri, 29 Sep 2006By Phil McNamara First Official Pictures 29 September 2006 03:00 Mitsubishi Outlander: the lowdown Mitsubishi has finally unveiled the European Outlander, 11 months after the seven-seat crossover hit Japanese showrooms. But you'll still have to wait until 1 March 2007 to get your hands on the mid-size SUV. The Outlander is certainly a crossover, combining car-based underpinnings and primarily two-wheel drive with lockable four-wheel drive for when you hit the muddy stuff.
Victor Muller on Saab escapade: 'Painful'
Thu, 23 May 2013Reports say that the Swedish government wants to question former Saab chairman Victor Muller as part of an inquiry into suspected tax offenses at Saab. Muller defended payments he received from the automaker in a recent interview with me and talked about how he has moved on from painful memories of Saab. The Dutch entrepreneur rejected criticisms that his 600,000 euro ($773,000) annual pay package at Saab was too large.
