“For auction is a Hardtop for a 1962 Corvette in RED. All of the pats and pieces are included. I also may have some additional parts and what ever is there will be included. I bought this and was going to fit it but decided not to since the car did not come from the factory and I wanted to keep it original. It will need some cleaning as it has been stored in my garage for several years. What may look like scratches on the red top are not but rather reflections when I took the pictures. I need to clean out this and some other items and it needs to go. If you can not pick it up, I may be able to deliver it either all or part of the way or I will package it very well for shipping by what ever method you would like. There will be a charge for the materials and some time but it will be minimal and very reasonable. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will do my best to answer .”

2014 Ram 1500, 1500 EcoDiesel tow ratings announced

Chrysler has announced the gasoline-powered 2014 Ram 1500 and 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel tow ratings. The 305-hp Pentastar V6 can handle up to 7,450 lbs. Ram calls this performance “class-leading,” but there's a catch: If the consumer compares the base-level versions of the Ford F-150, GMC Sierra 1500 the Ram 1500 then it is true that the Ram 1500 edges out the competition.

Ford CEO Alan Mulally to deliver keynote address at CES

Ford is continuing to double-down on its Sync technology as a way to separate itself from competitors, and in that theme CEO Alan Mulally will again deliver a keynote address at the Consumer Electronics Show in January in Las Vegas. He's expected to unveil the next round of Ford's Sync features at the show, which is a bellwether event for the technology industry. He also spoke at last year's show, and former GM CEO Rick Wagoner addressed it in 2008 as part of efforts by auto execs to showcase new innovations in their cars.
