FROM A 1963 CA77 DREAM PARTS BIKE FROM A BIKE REPAIR SHOP. IT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS AND MANY PARTS REMOVED. NO TANK SEAT LUGGAGE RACK ETC. I MADE AN OFFER ON IT IF IT RAN. THEY REMOVED THE CARB BOWL AND RINSED IT OUT. HOOKED UP A FUEL BOTTLE AND FILED THE POINTS AND HOOKED UP A GOOD BATTERY. IT STARTED AFTER ABOUT 10 KICKS AND AFTER WARMING UP IT IDLED WITH THE CHOKE OFF AND REVED UP FINE. THE CARB IS AS I REMOVED IT. IT IS CLEAN INSIDE AND WAS WORKING AS IT SHOULD. IT WILL NEED O-RING ON CARB MOUNT AND MAYBE A BOWL GASKET AS THE BOWL HAS BEEN TAKEN ON AND OFF?
IT IS MARKED C77 AND OV22. THE ENGINE NUMBER WAS CA77E-210992.

Wed, 26 Aug 2009Dealers submitted a total of 690,114 cash-for-clunkers deals for $2.88 billion in rebates by last night's 8 p.m. deadline, coming in under the $3 billion budget for the popular program, the U.S. Transportation Department said today.
