What I have here is a used original tail lamp assembly for ’63 Olds F-85 & Cutlass.

Bezel shows no cracks; chrome polishes to a shine though has some scattered pitting.

Housing back is very solid, clean of corrosion and includes good usable mounting gasket & studs.

Both lenses are uncracked and will present well.

The very impressive Rimac Concept_One electric hypercar, which debuted at Frankfurt 2011, is to show at Salon Prive. Now the Goodwood Festival of Speed  is over for another year, the next big petrolhead event is Salon Prive – which has been pushed back to September to avoid clashing with London 2012 – and Mate Rimac has announced his Rimac_One electric hypercar will be making its UK debut on the lawns of Syon Park. The Mitac_One, which was revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year and conceived by precocious 24yr old Mate Rimac,  is a technological tour de force for electric cars, offering four electric motors – one on each wheel – which can accelerate and decelerate independently to offer true four wheel vectoring and stunning handling.

The 2012 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor will use 35 percent less fuel than the Crown Victoria, while the Explorer-based 2013 Ford Police Interceptor utility vehicle will use 32 percent less than its competitors, Ford said on Friday. The city and highway ratings of the 3.5-liter Taurus are 18 mpg and 26 mpg, which betters the Crown Victoria by 25 percent. The additional 10 percent in Ford's estimate is said to come from the Taurus Interceptor's improved idling habits.
