*Lens is in Very Good condition - no major imperfections - scratches, dents, dings. 

**Lens has "GUIDE 2 SAE STDB 63" just under the top edge on the inside of the lens and "5954068" on the backside edge.  Comes with original GM box (although the tab with part number has been lost in the 50+ year dealership shuffle...)
