For sale from a 1963 Pontiac Bonneville a Delco reverb unit in working condition. This was from my father's car and has been shelved since 1976. I just tested it on my bench with a power supply, a radio and speaker and it works great. I wrote the proper connections on the side. If you already have the wire harness for it installed all you have to do is plug it in. It has the mounting bracket still on it also. This will fit most early and mid 1960's Pontiacs. I will remove the cover and place shipping foam inside to protect the springs from being damaged during shipping. No returns accepted being an electrical item.

Venturi America

Following on from the low-slung Fetish EV sports car, Venturi has released this, the America. Utilizing the same 300bhp equivalent battery powertrain, the America evolves the Fetish's technologies and looks to the future of the small-scale French manufacturer. The bespoke carbon monocoque chassis forms part of the America's bodywork, with the rest being made up of two separate deformable 'cells'.

All that’s left is the drive, but with the first customer cars not arriving until January – and press cars there or there abouts – we figured we’d covered the bases.

Who the hell is Rory Carroll, and what is he doing to your autoweek.com?

Mon, 19 Mar 2012

My name is Rory Carroll, and as of this week, my full-time job is to be hopelessly obsessed with cars, and to share that obsession with you, the readers of autoweek.com. For whatever reason, I have more or less always believed that making a career writing about cars wasn't quite a realistic-enough option to pursue. It made a lot more sense to go to law school, (or in my case put law school off while getting wrapped up in the sometimes-exciting world of politics).
