Jaguar to end XK production after 18 years

Jaguar will this summer cease production of the XK 2+2 GT car after 18 years at the top of the Coventry firm’s model range. The decision to stop making the XK comes after the hugely successful launch of the F-Type – which, say analysts, has led to a big fall in XK sales as thousands of buyers queues up to buy the F-Type. Mercedes installing EV charging at UK Dealers

Elektrobay Car Charging Points are being installed at Mercedes Dealers across the UK Maybe they planned it before the news that the new Government are considering withdrawing the planned subsidy for electric cars. Or maybe not. But whichever it is Mercedes has started installing EV charging stations at its UK dealers.

Renault Frendzy concept (2011) first official pictures

Renault has revealed its new 66bhp electric city vehicle – the Frendzy – and in true concept car style it features non-symmetrical doors (think Mini Clubman) and a TV screen instead of a rear window on the other side (think Pimp My Ride…). This is the 'Work' instalment of new styling chief Laurens van den Acker's series of concept cars showing the different sides of Renault design. It's also a hint of the new Kangoo.
